We hope that you like your purchase. However, it sometimes happens that you are not completely satisfied afterwards. Returns are possible up to 14 days after purchase (from the day of delivery). Send some return package to our address. These costs are for your own account.
If there are complaints such as a defective item or a different size, please send us an email at: info@hidalgo.nl. We are happy to help you exchange these items for a different model/size.
Roadmap:
1. Check whether the item(s) have the original price tag(s) and/or label(s) included in the original packaging.
2. Mention the return address below on your package
3. Send us an email at: info@hidalgo.nl with the reason for your return. We will contact you.
4. Drop off your package at a parcel service of your choice and keep your proof of shipment until we confirm that your return is being processed.
